What is the Post Secondary Transition Program?
The PST program is for students who need additional preparation for college or the workplace.
Who are we?
We are a group of young adults working together to reach our goals. We work in conjunction with Y.A.L.E. staff members. The Y.A.L.E. staff members are strictly supervisors. Their job entails providing students with the resources to reach their goals.
What are some of our goals?
- We want to become a successful part of society
- We want to become independent so that we can survive in the real world
We believe this involves: college, employment, community study, sociology, job shadowing, interviewing skills and independent living skills. To hone these skills we go on weekly outings to colleges, local businesses, and other locations.
